NOTE:

You must have ADLForms & Active Sync installed on your computer to enable the use of ADLInspect (if you do not have Active Sync installed, refer to your installation instructions that came with your Mobile Device).
Make sure you check the Minimum Specifications for both your Desktop Computer and Mobile Device before installing.

 

1.

Connect to the Internet and proceed to the ADL Software web site (www.adlsoftware.com), and click on <Download Now> under the ADLInspect section. Select your state if prompted

 

2.

Choose the appropriate download option then click on the Download link. Select to save the file. If prompted to Save to Disk or Run from Current Location, select Save to Disk (DISK meaning the computers hard drive)

Choose a folder on your computer to save the file to (i.e. C:/Downloads or C:/My Documents etc) and note this folder as you will need it later. NOTE: Do not change the name of the file from ADLInspect_Setup.exe

 

4.

Press the <Save> button to begin the download. If prompted to overwrite an existing file named ADLInspect_Setup.exe then click <OK> or <Yes>

If presented with an <Open this Folder> button when the download is complete, use it and proceed to Step 7, if not please proceed to Step 6

Now locate the folder in your computer or network, where the file was downloaded to (as noted in step 3) by using My Computer (usually found as a link on Desktop) or Windows Explorer (usually found in the Start menu, in Programs and under Accessories’)

 

7.

Double-click on the file named ADLInspect_Setup.exe and follow the onscreen prompts. Restart your computer if prompted

 

8.

Start ADLInspect by double-clicking on the ADLInspect Icon on your desktop. Follow the prompts to setup ADLInspect on your Desktop PC and Mobile Device
