The ADLInspect system is an extension of ADLForms
that allows you to easily complete ADLForms Entry,
Exit and Routine Condition Reports on site using a hand-held
device. This system is comprised of multiple pieces of
software distributed across both Desktop PC and Pocket
PC and as a whole is referred to as ADLInspect.
The software included in the suite is as follows:

ADLInspect Mobile allows you to complete your ADLForms
Entry, Exit and Routine Condition Reports on site
(when performing inspections) via software installed
on a Pocket PC hand-held device*. When back
in the office it's simple to send completed condition
reports to ADLForms to view, modify and/or
print using the ADLInspect Manager program.
The process helps minimise the time you spend on
inspection reporting and also helps you produce
more accurate and descriptive condition reports.

Easily assign tasks while completing inspection
reports
In addition to allowing you to complete condition
reports on site, ADLInspect Mobile also allows the
linking of your item condition comments to Actions*.
Actions can be assigned to the Landlord, Tenant
or Agent when completing an item condition. This
feature allows for straightforward property maintenance
task tracking and notification as ADLInspect
Manager allows you to:

Track the progress of tasks. This
allows tasks to flow through
to future inspections so you can easily check
whether tasks have been completed. Non-completed tasks
can again be reported accordingly and will be indicated as
being a previously requested Action.
This consolidates the creation of inspection
reports and notification of Actions required for
Landlord, Tenants and internal staff into one simple
process.

Write item conditions as descriptively as you need
ADLInspect allows for up to 3,000 characters
per item. To allow for this ADLInspect
Manager integrates with ADLForms Expandable
Condition Reports. When printing, the item condition
fields will expand to accommodate the space required
to fit your item conditions.
Use Smart Phrase Builder Technology to rapidly generate item conditions
ADLInspect utilises Smart Phrase Builder
technology which allows for the rapid creation of
item conditions through the use of an extremely
intuitive and easy to use phrase builder interface.
This interface uses fully customisable dictionaries
to build condition statements dependant on which
item condition is currently being edited. These
customisable dictionaries contain description, feature
and condition words specific to each item and can
be edited on the fly using ADLInspect Mobile or
using the ADLInspect Dictionary Manager provided as part of
the desktop software.
This means you can easily tailor the product to
suit your individual needs!

network administrator or technician, it would be prudent
to advise them of your intentions before proceeding. At
this point in time Terminal Server is NOT supported, but
