This report is solely for the purpose of ascertaining the suitability of the Property for rental.

The Owner should ensure Local Government inspections have been carried out to confirm compliance with the Building Act 1975 & Building Regulation 2006 as amended with in respect to pool safety standards. Swimming Pool Fencing. Note: Failure to comply can result in substantial penalties.
