Instructions to the Tenant

Inspect the premises and indicate agreement or disagreement with the condition indicated by the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent by placing “Y” (YES) or “N” (NO) in the Tenant Agrees column and/ or provide further comment in the Tenant’s Comment field.

2.

Initial Signs EACH PAGE of the report.
|
3.
|
Return a signed copy of each page to the Landlord/Agent and retain a copy for your records.
|
4.
|
In the case of a dispute arising to do with the condition of the Premises the Tenant may contact the Tenancies Branch of the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs.
