By signing in Item (6) the Client authorises the Agent to list the Property for rent in Item (3) from the commencing date and at the New Reduced Listed Rental Price as set out in Item (4) and otherwise in accordance with the terms of the existing PAMD 20a Appointment.
5.2
The New Reduced Listed Rental Price will form part of the existing PAMD 20a Appointment.
