Most Condition Reports have an Expandable version. In Expandable versions you may type up to 3,000 characters in any 'Item Comment Field'. On screen you are presented with a small multi-line text box for each comment field, which reduces to its default size when leaving the field. This is to allow for easy maneuverability on screen. When printing, the form will expand to fit all text entered.
You may also print a blank form with user-defined line spacing, for easy entry on-site by hand.
